CEO and Co-founder, Silverfort

Hed serves as Silverfort’s CEO and is one of the company’s Co-Founders. He brings a unique technical and leadership background, including product leadership roles at Verint, where he led the company’s nation-scale cybersecurity product and won the company’s innovation competition for his patent-pending inventions.

Hed previously served as a Group Leader at the famous 8200 elite cyber unit of the Israel Defense Forces, where he received the unit’s excellence awards and the Chief of Intelligence Corps Award for Innovation.

Hed holds an LL.B. from Tel Aviv University.

DREW SHUIL
CRO, Silverfort

Drew is responsible for global sales & GTM at Silverfort as Chief Revenue Officer. 

For the last 22 years, he has held key leadership and sales positions with enterprise software and cybersecurity companies.  Prior to Silverfort, Drew was President & COO at Integris Software (acquired by OneTrust), VP of Sales at Skyfence (acquired by Imperva), and VP of Product Strategy at Imperva, meeting with customers and speaking at industry events in 43 countries. 

Drew has a BA in Political Science, International Relations from University of California, Santa Barbara (UCSB).

MATHEW VARGHESE
VP of Sales, America, Silverfort

Mathew leads Silverfort’s sales organization in the Americas. He is an industry veteran with over 20 years in Cybersecurity sales. Prior to joining Silverfort, Mathew was the VP of North American Sales for Bromium (Acquired by HP Hardware), Director of World Wide Sales at Duo Security (Acquired by Cisco) and Director of Strategic Accounts at Tanium. He started his sales career as a pre-sales engineer at Tivoli Systems (Acquired by IBM), led sales engineering teams at Aventail (Acquired by SonicWall) and ArcSight (acquired by HP Software). Mathew has a Bachelors’s Degree in Computer Science from Wayne State University.
